[Drama Recap] Super Daddy Yeol : Episode 16 Final

Mi-rae is taken into the surgery room.

Before that scene, Han Yeol (Lee Dong Gun) and Cha Sa Rang (Lee Re) have a fight with each other over the last piece of  omelet and he pops it into Sa-rang’s mouth. Sa-rang gives her mom a gift bought with her own piggy bank money - a scarf and promises to give a bigger gift of a medal later.

Mi-rae and Yeol have a very busy days for wedding preparations today.

They come to view a wedding venue. Yeol likes it but Mi-rae thinks it’s too expensive, Yeol wants to make her the most beautiful bride but Mi Rae wants to save money for Sa Rang's educational expenses, moreover, she’s unemployed right now. Then, they go to shop for furniture, Mi-rae suggests to go buy things cheaper at an outlet afterwards.

The utmost thing is when to pick the ring. Mi-rae picks out the costliest one at the store to steer him :)

Woo-hyuk wakes up in bed next to Hwang Ji Hye (Seo Ye Ji) and wonders what has happened. When he leaves, he leaves her some money, maybe for hangover soup.

Mi-rae coaches the baseball dancing team that Yoo-ra picks as their wedding gift to the couple.

Mi-rae suddenly feels pain in her abdomen then Yeol finds out that Mi-rae goes to the hospital.

The doctor tells Mi-rae that she is recovering from surgery which is only a step in her treatment and she’ll need to continue treat her cancer properly.

Indeed, while operating, they find the cancer has spread too many to be operable, so they close her up . No surgery activities have been done and Yeol makes this his secret.

It’s Sa-rang's race day,Mi-rae is there to cheer her daughter. But her cancer is serious. She struggles and waves the scarf , their signal.

Sa-rang is third in line, she runs to the stands looking for her parents to show them her medal but Mi-rae collapses against Yeol, they rush her mom to hospital.

The doctor tells Yeol that they can’t hide the truth of her condition from Mi-rae any longer. Yeol says to Mi-rae that they can delay the wedding but she wants to go ahead. She will never give up and will fight till the end. "Thank you too." Yeol responds with a smile.

After all, it's their wedding day! Sa Rang goes back to her home who has to to pick up the wedding ring her dad forgets. Then she stumbles upon a box with a letter , a video of her mother explaining about first period gift, graduation gifts, a wedding present... which make her cry.

Sang-hae introduces the groom. Sa-rang thanks her mom for the present, but whispers that they should go backbacking altogether. Mi-rae hugs Sa-rang close to her.

Dr. Hwang walks Mi-rae down the aisle. Coach Bang asksthe couple for wedding vow, and Yeol shouts “YES!” which, makes everyone laugh, demanding at them to kiss.

While they take group photo, Yeol thinks to himself: “This moment is such a miracle. Pplease love, everyone, before it’s too late.”
