Tae Gwang keeps recalling all the things Eun Byul told him at the school clinic and everything gradually starts making sense as he’s losing himself in Eun Byul’s presence. As for replying to his teacher, he was usually skipping lessons, why should he pay attention now?! He’s back to his renowned sleep mode inside the class! Lunch time arrives and So Young’s sitting on her own, she asks from Tae Gwang to keep her company and all she cares about is whether he told anyone about everything or not. However, it’s the least she should be worrying about, after all nobody believes him due to his quirky character, she should be worrying more about Eun Byul’s bad temper for own her well-being at her new high school! So Young doesn’t intend to surrender and she’s calling her bullying peasants at her previous school to help her find proof of Eun Bi’s handwriting in order to compare it to Eun Byul’s.
Song Joo’s shining full of happiness, the moment to shoot her fist ad has arrived and the classroom stands in awe, even teacher Kim concurs, but since she’s the only standing, how about solving the exercise too?! School’s over and Tae Gwang’s following Eun Byul, but she’s aware of his presence. She pretty much knows that he has a lot of things he wants to ask her. As for following her around ?He simply can’t hide, no matter how hard he tries, the fact that he’s interested in her and craves to be around her while being worried about her due to the latest turn of events.
We dive a bit deeper in the million post-it world of Min Joon. His life is inside books, notebooks, books and… books. Everything he does has in the end of the word the word “book” and it’s not the most pleasant world dare i say. His father is not happy with it, not because his son is losing himself among thousands of pages but because he’s forced to restrain himself to the point of being invincible inside the house! Everything works perfectly fine for his mother’s reputation and ambitions, at last she can be proud among other “mothers” with accomplished husbands. Plus she has her own profit from her son’s struggle, he’s a money-making machine.
“The same magnetic poles repel, idiots don’t come near an idiot.”
Song
Joo’s moment to shine has arrived and she goes to the shooting plateau,
soon enough she realizes that not everything is just the way it seemed
to be. Even though she’s happy to see Yi Ahn there she won’t be the main
female figure of the shooting. Being one of the many secondary figures
torments on the inside as her dreams started shattering one after the
other. She can’t even pretend to be wearing a smiling mask and the
director is mad at her.So Young wants to talk to Eun Byul. She says that she’s more of a victim than her and that she was scarred too from what happened to Eun Bi. In another galaxy, in another earth, underneath a different sky while receiving Joseon method punishments maybe, just maybe, i would have believed you. So Young wants to forget about the past and urges Eun Bi to do the same. As soon as she starts approaching Eun Bi Tae Gwang pops up right in the middle as Eun Bi’s protective wall. Eun Bi can tell about having a twin sister while pretending to be Eun Byul, but how it would feel if everyone knew that So Young got transferred because harassing a classmate? It would be quite fair, right? So Young can’t withstand the sudden turn of events and leaves as Eun Bi could barely hold her anger on the inside.
Tae Gwang accompanies Eun Byul back home and on his way back he meets Yi Ahn and urges him not to call her out, it’s one of these nights that loneliness takes over. And what a surprise, the next day at school So Young appears with her beloved daddy, such a disgusting moment to witness! The time for the students to change their seats has arrived and Tae Gwang finds himself next to his dear friend, Yi Ahn! None of them is happy and sleep mode takes over as the feelings they nurture for Eun Byul repels them like the same poles of a magnet! The boys are playing basketball and the girls dodgeball! Tae Gwang is not the basketball type and he can’t accomplish even the simplest of moves whereas Yi Ahn pretty much owns on the field! So Young tries to hit Eun Byul with the ball, but she evades it to get hit by Song Joo on the back; symbolic?
Yi Ahn states that her old temper is coming out, but it’s not the right moment for playful attitude. Eun Byul’s internal struggle between her real self and the one she pretends to be takes over and she mentions that there are things she can’t tell him, things she doesn’t want to tell him and things she doesn’t want to get revealed to him. Yi Ahn suddenly feels meaningless if she can think that their relationship can be swayed so easily by a just few words.
So Young and Song Joo have already become buddies and Eun Byul finds out that So Young will introduce her friend to her uncle. She tries to tell her that she may not be a person they could trust, but Song Joo, blinded by the grandiose opportunity, tells her she shouldn’t act this way between friends since she never was that way. So Young comes out of the toilet and Eun Byul lets her know that if she hurts Song Joo she won’t get away with it this time. Things are getting complicated, especially when Yi Ahn passes by without even staring at Eun Byul.
Eun Byul’s all alone in the classroom and while teacher Kim was passing by the way Eun Byul was lying on her desk reminded him of something frightening, something he would possibly want to forget. Could it be Soo In related? Tae Gwang appears and keeps her company! The way he stares at her is so filled with caring and sincerity; love too! If by any chance he skipped school, would she miss him? She used to say that he was pathetic and even saying “hi” to him was a waste of her precious time, is he wasting her time now? Eun Bi understands him, she had walked in his shoes before because she didn’t want to be disliked and she had tried all whatever kind of things, like him!
Tae Gwang doesn’t to leave school and he visits his father at his office. He shouldn’t worry by now if he causes trouble since nobody knows they’re father and son. He’s determined to remain at school and Eun Byul is the only reason that keeps him there. The kids inside the classroom have started talking about a girl who committed suicide and pretty much everyone knows that So Young was the one who bullied that girl. By the time Song Joo asks her whether it’s true or not So Young is at loss for words. There are two people who knew about it, Eun Byul and Tae Gwang and she’s having a conversation with him. She shows him the two handwriting styles and wonders whether she should ask her father to officially verify the similarity!
Tae Gwang’s lost in his thoughts and a cigarette feels like his only friend at this point. He recalls Eun Byul’s words which point towards the fact that she’s Eun Bi and rushes to find her. He wrist-grabs her, wrist-grab hand change and there they are skipping class with Tae Gwang leading the way! They enter the same bus Yi Ahn just go out of and he witnesses them. He starts running behind the bus, but the 4-wheel technology is stronger that him at this point and he surrenders.
Tae Gwang and Eun Byul remain silent for a while and the right moment arrives. “Couldn’t there be at least one person? One person who calls you by your real name. Can I be that person?” They are called feels and they send shivers down your spine in times when you least expect it, how can i wait for the next Monday to arrive?!
rrive?!
