[Drama Recap] Blood: Episode 20 (Final)

Now here comes the final episode of "Blood". The drama hasn't received high ratings so far but I think it's worth watching, at least to see how it ends.

At the beginning, Ji Sang (played by Ahn Jae Hyun) ran back home and found out that his best friend Joo Hyun Woo (played by Jung Hae In) was murdered. He was in extreme sorrow.

Yoo Ri Ta (played by Ku Hye Sun) begged the vampire doctor Min Ga Yeon (played by Son Soo Hyun) to spare her life. It was agreed on the condition that she had to follow Park Ji Sang.

Ga Yeon received an order to kill Ri Ta but they didn't kill her. Ji Sang who had been in the surgery room earlier, later found out that Rita was missing.

The police broke into Jae Woo's office to arrest him for kidnapping Ri Ta but they only saw dead bodies of other police men. Jae Wook disappeared.

Ji Sang ran over everywhere to find Ri Ta. Later he received a call from Jae Wook telling him to come to his place. Ri Ta warned Ji Sang that it was a trap but he wouldn't listen. He comes or else she'll die.

Jae Wook was trying to kill Ji Sang but Ga Yeon prevented him from doing that. Chul Hoon, who was trying to protect Ga Yeon, was injected with poison by Jae Wook. Then, Ga Yeon was stabbed in the chest instead of Ji Sang as well.

Ji Sang who escaped successfully from Jae Wook's attack, managed to stab Jae Wook in the back. Jae Wook, started to age very fast, he them became an old man and die.

As for Ji Sang, he was also about to die. He was lying in the arms if Ri Ta to see the first sunset in his life.He thanked her for making him human, that they would meet again. "I love you." Ji Sang said his last words.

At the end of the episode, we now see Ri Ta was in the Republic of Kochenia. She had some flashbacks and met the little girl whom Ji Sang saved earlier in episode 1. Later she was attacked by some bad vampires there (I guess vampires are everywhere :) but somebody appeared and saved her. Guess who, it was Ji Sang, who kept his promise of seeing her again.
