Korean dramas, me and my life

I hate spending too much of my time in front of the TV, it’s totally a waste of your precious time watching useless stuffs and also harming your health because you have to sit on your couch all day long, even eating your meals on it.

I sometimes cannot understand why people like to watch other people' lives than actually living their own life in reality. Instead, you can go out there, do something you like and start your own interesting, adventurous life, isn’t it more meaningful?

Ok, so why me, a TV-watching hater created this blog about Korean drama recaps in general?

Why everything has changed so suddenly? Am I out of my mind? Yes, indeed, I am a lit bored of my life right now. I have just lost my jobs and moved back to live with my parents, which have “helped” me to have a lot of free time now. I used to be very busy in the past to even look at the TV: doing my full time and part time jobs to save enough the money and live my life the way I want. Now I am at my parents’ home, unemployed, tons of free time and doing nothing. I have started to picking up the remote and watching the TV!

My first favorite Korean drama is “Man who came from the stars” which star Kim Soo-hyun and Jun Ji-hyun . I think they are the best Korean couple on small screen TV. They even starred together in a movie which I cannot remember the name. Despite the gap between their ages, they still play their roles of love partners well. Gianna Jun is the one who draws all the attention and creates all the fun for the drama. Although she seems a little “dump” and shallow in the outside, she has her own deep thoughts and pains in the inside, who we all can relate to our own self in reality: we act differently to hide our inside pains and sorrows. And Kim Soo-hyun , who plays as her hero, has protected her all along, has to hidden his love as it is so hard to stay by her side and not breaking her heart: He has to leave or else he will die. In the end, luckily, they reunite together. Isn’t it what we want for our own destiny too, to be with your loved one no matter what ?

After the drama “Man who came from the stars” , I’ve continued to watch so many other interesting and meaningful Korean dramas such as: Good Doctors, Nice Guys, Love Rain, Prime Minister & I, Pinocchio, The King’s Face, Healer, Punch, …Even though there are dramas which don't have high ratings in Korea, I still enjoy watching them and loving its meaningful plot. You don't have to follow other people' taste, the only important thing is that you like the drama and you can relate too much about your life, and have enough motivation to live a better life.

And now I’ve started to share my thoughts and love for Korean drama by creating this blog about Korean drama recaps, for those who want to keep up with the latest dramas/series and especially who don’t have time to see the whole series and know what are going with each episode and how each drama ends. You can read my reviews and recaps first then save time to watch your favorite dramas later.

I will try to write as many recaps and reviews as possible, even when I don't have enough time. Keep it up! Thank you all for reading and following my blog. Happy watching dramas! (But do not forget to live your real life :)

Next time, I think I will create an open thread about why you love your Korean dramas, to let the whole world know about our hobbies and passions for TV shows & programs :)
