Byeon Hye-yeong came home and noticed there was something off about her step-brother Ahn Joong-hee and her father Byeon Han-soo. Byeon Han-soo and Na Yeong-sil (Kim Hae-sook) wondered how Byeon Hye-yeong was coping with her in-laws but Ahn Joong-hee had yelled at them, "If parents have a right to know how their children are with the in-laws then why did you treat my mother like that?"
Ahn Jeong-hee was mad at Byeon Han-soo and Na Yeong-sil for lying to him but the rest of the family member didn't know what was going on. Byeon Hye-yeong asked why he was like that. She didn't like his attitude and Ahn Joong-hee left the house.
Byeon Hye-yeong found the DNA test results in her father's drawer. She was shocked to learn that Byeon Han-soo and Ahn Joong-hee weren't related and found out why Ahn Joong-hee changed.
