The new KBS 2TV drama "Fight My Way" first aired on the 22nd.
The story started off in 2006 when they were in high school. Tae Kwon boy Ko Dong-man, announcer wannabe Choi Ae-ra (Kim Ji-won-I) and their friends Kim Joo-man (Ahn Jae-hong) and Baek Seol-hee (Song Ha-yoon) were the regular troublemakers in school.
After some time, they grew up to be ordinary. Choi Ae-ra was working at the information desk in a shopping mall and Ko Dong-man was an exterminator unlike his Tae Kwon Do dreams. Kim Joo-man was the managing director of a home shopping food brand and Baek Seol-hee who was in a relationship with him for 6 years, was a home shopping consultant.
Ko Dong-man and Choi Ae-ra always quarreled with each other. One day, something tragic happened to Choi Ae-ra. Her boyfriend (Kwak Dong-yeon) had been cheating on her while she was devotional to him. His cheating partner, was a rich old woman.
Ko Dong-man was also depressed on this day. His coach Hwang Jang-ho (Kim Seong-oh) asked him to join a K1 fight and poked him where it hurts by asking, "Are you happy? Are you living your life to the fullest?"
Ko Dong-man and Choi Ae-ra ran into each other on the way home and found out what happened to her. He was outraged and ran to find her boyfriend and grabbed him by the collars. They ended up returning home together bitterly. At the supermarket in front of their house, Choi Ae-ra couldn't let go of the bag her 'ex-boyfriend' bought for her so Ko Dong-man presented her with a bag from the market.
"Fight My Way" is a romance drama about a bunch of youths who go their own way regardless of what anyone says. It's written by Lim Sang-choon and directed by Lee Na-jeong.
