"Glamorous Temptation" episode 44 recap

On the 44th episode of MBC's Monday & Tuesday drama, "Glamorous Temptation", Seok-hyeon (Jeong Jin-yeong) suggested Il-joo (Cha Ye-ryeon) surrender herself to police.
Il-joo went to see Section Manager Jo when she found out he had witnessed her crime. She encountered Seok-hyeon there.
Seok-hyeon asked Il-joo to turn herself in and also told her, "It you won't, I'll report you to the police". Il-joo in turn said, "Self-surrender is not my option".
