Han Ji-hoon (Lee Seo-jin) started caring about Kang Hye-soo (UEE), who had been living only for others foolishly.
On this day, Kang Hye-soo's mother-in-law of her previous marriage, Sim Yeong-hee (Jeong Kyeong-soon) yelled at her after she found out that Kang Hye-soo was dating a man. Sim Yeong-hee, breaking down in tears, blamed her, "I've heard you found a man now. However, Kang Hye-soo still tried to make Sin Yeong-hee understand the complicated relationship and feel better about the whole situation. Han Ji-hoon became upset and told Kang Hye-soo, "Why do you care about your passed husband so much, while all he left for you is debt ".
Kang Hye-soo said, "Stop talking about him like that. He was a good person. He gave me so much love" and "People die because they want to die? You don't know him. Stop saying those insensitive remarks. He was way better than who you are".
Han Ji-hoon said, "Why do you live that way, so foolish. I'll try to make the divorce happen as early as possible, so you find a good man later then. Do you understand?" Well, while he was saying what he said, it was actually the beginning of his feverish love towards Kang Hye-soo.
