'The Merchant: Gaekju' episode 20 recap

On the 20th episode of KBS 2TV's Wednesday & Thursday drama, Cheon Bong-sam (Jang Hyeok) went to see Inkeeper Hwang to find out who had killed his father.
Cheon Bong-sam told Inkeeper Hwang, "You know my father did not smuggle opium" and "Please tell me who put opium in my father's luggage at the time and why my father had to be framed for the false accusation and die without even trying to excuse himself".
When Gil So-gae (Yoo Oh-seong) was listening the conversation outside, he rushed into the room. Cheon Bong-sam introduced Gil So-gae as Gil Sang-moon's son to Inkeeper Hwang.
Inkeeper Hwang said, "I think I remember him" and tried to bring up his old memory about the situation long time ago. Cheon Bong-sam asked again, "Are you saying Kim Hak-joon instigated someone to kill my father?" and Gil So-gae jumped into the conversation saying, "That's why So-rye went to Kim Hak-joon to take revenge".
Cheon Bong-sam continued on, "If it's Kim Hak-joon, my father would not have acknowledged he had smuggled opium" Inkeeper Hwang said, "The night before the day Cheon Oh-soo died, he woke me up" and "He asked me to help him meet one of the Cheon Family Inn members, who was still a child", while he was trying to remember his old memories correctly.
Cheon Bong-sam said, "There were not any children among our Inn members. I, my older sister and So-gae hyung right here". And then he became silent with the serious look on his face as if he had realized something.
Inkeeper Hwang said, "That's right. It was you, Gil So-gae. Cheon Oh-soo asked me to bring you so he could meet you separately" Cheon Bong-sam pressed So-gae for an answer with the question, "My father wanted to see you, why?". Gil So-gae said, "Do you really have to hear it? Do I really have to tell you the horrible story to you myself?"
Cheon Bong-sam shouted, "Hyung, was it you? Was it you who put the opium in my father's luggage?" and "You used to blame my father".
Gil So-gae said, "If you were me, wouldn't you have blamed him? But I wouldn't kill my father-in-law" Cheon Bong-sam said, "No, it' you. There's no one else whom my father would die for other than you". Cheon Bong-sam cried in tears.
