Kwon Si-hyeon (Woo Do-hwan) headed to the hospital after getting a call that Kwon Seok-woo (Shin Sung-woo) was sick. Seol Yeong-won (Jun Mi-sun) was there.
Seol Yeong-won said, "I think I'm being punished. My daughter got into an accident that day. She went through a hard time. I am going to beg for mercy in my life". Kwon Si-hyeon thought of Eun Tae-hee.
Eun Tae-hee was with Choi Soo-ji (Moon Ga-young). Soo-ji told Tae-hee, "Si-hyeon's father, my father-to-be, is seeing someone else; that's your mom". She added that Si-hyeon's mother got into an accident on her way to see Eun Tae-hee's mother.
Eun Tae-hee was shocked and avoided Kwon Si-hyeon. He asked Choi Soo-ji if she knew Seol Yeong-won was Eun Tae-hee's mother. Choi Soo-ji told him she did and that she told Eun Tae-hee too.
Kwon Si-hyeon snapped that they weren't friends anymore and waited for Eun Tae-hee in front of her house, but she didn't come home.
Lee Se-joo wanted Choi Soo-ji to lean on him, but although she was having a hard time because of Kwon Si-hyeon, she just wanted to remain friends with Lee Se-joo.
Eun Tae-hee was on the phone with her father when she met Kwon Si-hyeon. He'd gone to school to meet her.
Eun Tae-hee said, "Let's stop seeing each other. I can't take it. I feel like a sinner every time I see you". Kwon Si-hyeon tried to stop her, but she kissed him goodbye and turned away.
