Jeong-joo (Kang So-ra) and Geon-woo (Yoo Yeon-seok) was reborn as a perfect couple in the final episode of MBC's "Warm and Cozy" as all the interfering issues between the two were cleared up.
Mok Ji-won (Seo I-an) also had an happy ending. She announced that she was getting married to Son Joon-ho (Son Ho-joon), who made a surprise appearance as Geon-woo's friend.
Jeong-joo, who was acting meekly, changed her attitude. She prepared a romantic event for Geon-woo and asked him out on a date.
However, there was still an unresolved issue for the two.
Jeong-joo felt sorry because she thought that Geon-woo had given up his opportunity to become the successor of his family's company. But Geon-woo revealed he was still making a decision on it. Although the possibility for a long distance relationship still existed, the romance became deeper and deeper.
Meanwhile, the problems with Song eong-geun (Lee Seong-jae) and Kim Hae-sil (Kim Hee-jeong) were also resolved. Kim Hae-sil was engulfed by shock to find out Jeong-geun's mother was the one who had killed her former husband. She said "I know it's not your fault. But I still hate you".
However, she realized Jeong-geun's sincere love and then she decided to follow him to Japan.
Hwang Wook (Kim Seong-oh), who could not win Jeong-joo's heart, opened up his heart finally and was getting into the romantic relationship with Hee-ra (Ok Ji-yeong).
Jeong-joo and Geon-woo built their honeymoon house at the location where they were originally going to build a café. Geon-woo proposed her to marry him. The two promised to live together forever, "Warm and Cozy".
'Scholar Who Walks the Night' will begin on July 8th at the completion of "Warm and Cozy".
