Dong-tak attempted to uncover the truth behind the gang that had something to do with the death of his partner Jo Hang-joon (Kim Min-jong), but his higher ups blocked his attempts and covered the incident. Even Tak Jae-hee (Park Hoon) rejected therequest for police back up.
With no where left to turn, Dong-tak asked Soo-chang for help in catching the bikers who would appear later that evening. Together they went to gangster Yong-pal (Lee Si-eon) and asked him for help. Yong-pal said, "Many of my boys were beaten up by you, so let me hit you a few times today".
As he took the hits, Dong-tak said, "Those who need to be punished are riding around outside. They ignore the law and kill people on their bikes and with knives. We need to teach them a lesson and that's what detectives do".
When the time came, Yong-pal and his gangsters, Dong-tak, the youngest detective on his team Dok-go Seong-hyeok (Hoya), and their team manager Yoo Jeong-man (Lee Dae-yeon) joined them.
Dong-tak caught one of the bikers, but it wasn't the one who had killed Jo Hang-joon. Soo-chang said, "He's not the one. I know who is".
Soo-chang asked Cha Dong-tak, "Let me use your body. I'll help you catch the real one".
