Weolju brings in an white man dubbed ‘Agent Smith’ who pretends to berate her on exposing her identity. Yeorin’s impressed when Agent Smith is revealed to be Manager Gui.

Kangbae’s even more impressed by Mr Smith and tries to introduce himself when Mr Smith snaps that they’re good here.

Weolju and Kangbae have no choice but to return to the real world to protect Jindong from the accident that is to take his life. Weolju stands on lookout to delay Grim Reaper Yeom, while Kangbae supposed keep an eye on Jindong. The man himself is chipper as hell, having bought a lotto ticket and promises Kangbae a trip to Hawaii. Kangbae spends the entire day lifting everything and trying to save Jindong from stray  shopping carts, ladders, lifting boxes and even banana peels. At 10:53. the 10 minute countdown starts and Grim Reaper Yeom arrives on the scene. Weolju stands in his way ready to beat him up and ends up chasing him around the store to prevent him from getting to Jindong.

Jindong’s disappointed now that the lottery numbers don’t work. But he’s delighted to find that his grandmother’s back is now fine. They happily celebrate. Meanwhile, Weolju’s busy making Manager Gui peel garlic, remove poop from anchovies, peel potatoes and more when Kangbae totters in having been doing chores outside. Weolju takes him home to once she notices his fever and leaves the shop to Manager Gui. Grim Reaper Yeom drops by and mentions that Manager Gui’s old job at a policeman who catches evil spirits is still open and the police chief would like him reinstated.

Weolju puts Kangbae to bed. He grabs at her hand as she makes to leave. In delirium he says “Don’t go”. That brings Weolju to an old memory of her leaving the prince’s bedside when he grabbed her hand. Weolju stares at Kangbae.

I began to wonder if Chief Gwi was the prince.  And sure enough, at the very end of the promo for ep 5, someone says "have you been well, your majesty" and we also have Death asking if Chief Gwi and  Weol Ju are dating. Also at the very end of ep 4, we see the prince promising to find Weol Ju in the next life.

We return to the past as the prince drags a bloody sword to the Sacred Tree and cries that he couldn’t save Weolju. He vows to find her in her next life and to protect her even if he has to sacrifice his soul.

"It's Okay to Not Be Okay" recap

Kim Soo-hyun and Seo Ye-ji's fateful encounter was spotted in "It's Okay to Not Be Okay".

The new tvN Saturday-Sunday drama "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" released pictures of Kim Soo-hyun (Moon Gang-tae) and Seo Ye-ji (Go Moon-yeong) gazing up into each others' eyes.


"It's Okay to Not Be Okay" is a fantasy romantic drama about a psychiatric ward caregiver named Moon Gang-tae (Kim Soo-hyun) and an impulsive fairy tale writer named Go Moon-yeong (Seo Ye-ji), who is suffering from antisocial personality disorder.

In the pictures, Seo Ye-ji looks at Kim Soo-hyun with clear eyes while Kim Soo-hyun looks relatively dark and stiff. The face-to-face appearance of the two with subtle moods of emotion creates tension and excitement at the same time.

Unlike the atmosphere, however, the breathtaking visual chemistry between Kim Soo-hyun, who shows emotion while seemingly having a neutral expression and Seo Ye-ji, who shines on her own, works well enough to make them fall into their narratives, raising expectations.

In addition, the suspicious first encounter between Moon Gang-tae and Go Moon-yeong, who live in completely different worlds in the story as a psychiatric ward guardian and a popular children's literature writer, is raising various speculations on what will lead to the creation of a point of contact in their life.

Therefore, the fateful love story of Moon Gang-tae and Go Moon-yeong, who will be entangled with unique characters and ingenious events, and the unprecedented romantic comedy are highly anticipated.

The King: Eternal Monarch: Episode 12 recap

 Gon gets the NSA to find Tae-eul using CCTV. As he waits anxiously, Eun-seob calls to tell him that Detective Kang has been calling – something about chasing Luna. Detective Kang sends footage of Tae-eul on the run that helps Gon narrow the search. In the republic, Yeong tails Eun-ah and calls Shin-jae for backup since he couldn’t reach Tae-eul.

Gon and Tae-eul visit the warehouse where she was held. Tae-eul assumes Rim brought her there, even though she doesn’t understand why. Gon wonders if she saw Rim holding an umbrella, but she explains she didn’t see him personally.

Gon tells Tae-eul that Rim is hiding something in his umbrella and has likely deduced that Gon is hiding the other half in his riding crop. Tae-eul puts together that he wanted to use her to make a trade, and whoever loses the item won’t have access to the door.

Tae-eul surmises that Gon is at a disadvantage since he’s carrying that item around frequently as he travels to meet her. Gon quips that she should be nicer to him, but when he sees how upset she is, he promises not to lose his item. He suggests they go pray if she’s still worried, and she smiles in agreement.

Seo-ryung acerbically asks if he’d have gone to offer a marriage proposal had he not been “tied down.” Gon unequivocally states that all the news is true. “She’s the woman I love.” While Seo-ryung takes a beat to respond, a crash of thunder sounds, causing her gasp in pain. Gon sees the burning mark on her neck.

Comments:

Ep 12 was interesting. I think Noh's reveal that she's from North Korea kinda nullified all the theories made about how the portal was opened. Most theories were the portal opened when the flute was broke in half, and it caused a disturbance that resulted to the portal being open. But Noh came to Corea a long, long, long time ago. Now I wonder who is pulling the strings behing all this, surely theres a bigget power than Lee Rim. Even Rim seemed to be shaken in ep 12. And my early theory that Rim is keeping mum alive is to use as bait for Gon is right!
